How it works

The brain behind your cooling.

Every fan coil unit ships with our load-compensated controller built in. It detects when your heat pump is producing chilled water and activates automatically — no manual switching, no complicated setup.

Included in every fan coil unit — not a separate purchase.

Key features

Set it and forget it

Automatic activation

The controller monitors the water temperature coming from your heat pump. The moment it detects chilled water, cooling activates automatically. When the heat pump switches back to heating, cooling stops. No manual switching between seasons.

Fan modulation

Set your target room temperature on the controller. The fan speed modulates continuously to match — running faster when the room is warm, slowing down as it approaches your target. Quieter operation, less energy, more comfort.

Load compensation

On a 35°C day, your heat pump works hard to chill water to 5°C. On a mild 22°C day, it doesn't need to — 12°C water is enough. The controller adapts to whatever temperature the heat pump delivers, so your system runs at peak efficiency whatever the weather.

Load compensation

Why warmer water is smarter

Most cooling systems run full blast regardless of conditions. Load compensation means your heat pump only works as hard as it needs to — saving energy and reducing noise.

Plug in and cool down

The load-compensated controller is pre-installed in every fan coil unit we sell. There's no separate box to wire in, no commissioning, no programming. Connect your FCU to the chilled water circuit from your heat pump, set your target room temperature, and the controller handles everything else.

1

Connect chilled water pipes to the FCU

2

Set your target temperature on the controller

3

Cooling activates automatically when chilled water flows
